Shipping Policy

Orders can be sent to eligible addresses offered by checkout. We normally prepare an order in approximately 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery/transit period is 3–5 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

The checkout determines the available service, shipping charge and any free-shipping eligibility for your order. Restrictions may apply to particular destinations, addresses or items. Please supply a complete and accurate delivery address, email and telephone number; incorrect details can prevent delivery or cause additional delay.

When tracking is available, use the shipment updates to follow the parcel. A new tracking number may not show movement immediately. Carrier disruption, holidays, severe weather or an investigation can lengthen the journey. For a stalled or apparently lost shipment, send the order number, checkout email and tracking number so we can investigate with the carrier.

If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery location and contact us with the tracking record. For transit damage, retain the packaging and provide photographs or video of the goods, parcel and shipping label. Explain the problem and include your order details when requesting help.
