Payment Policy

Updated August 27, 2026

Order processing begins only after payment has been successfully authorized. Use a method actually displayed for your transaction at checkout; availability can vary with the order, device, destination or provider eligibility.

Payment services may review an authorization, decline it or request verification. Supply accurate billing and contact details. An incomplete payment, a high-risk transaction or information that cannot be verified can delay processing or lead to cancellation.

Our information pages do not store complete card numbers. The issuer or payment provider normally handles declined payments, chargebacks, disputes, authorization holds and currency-conversion questions. Contact us with the order details if assistance is needed, without sending a full card number.

An approved refund normally goes back through the original payment method. The Refund Policy explains eligibility and the processing period.
